Any non-winning Vermont Lottery Big Country Cash ticket from game 1676 is eligible to be entered into the promotion.
Players enter the promotion by downloading the Vermont Lottery app or by clicking on the Big Country Cash link found on the PROMOS page at vtlottery.2ndchanceplay.com.
If the player does not already have a Vermont Lottery 2nd Chance account, the player will need to complete the one-time player registration. Required information for registration includes legal name, a valid email address, mailing address, and date of birth.
Using the email address and password set up during the registration process, players may log in at any time prior to the deadline to submit a non-winning Big Country Cash ticket from game 1676.
Players may enter as often as they like but each ticket may only be entered once either through the app or through the internet. No more than 10 tickets may be entered into 2nd Chance in a day.
Entries must be submitted by the Entry Submission End Date for the drawing as listed in the table in section 4.1.
2. Identifying Valid or Invalid Entries
A valid entry must be a valid non-winning Vermont Lottery Big Country Cash ticket from game 1676. An entry will be considered a valid non-winner if the information entered by the player matches the information in the official non-winning ticket validation file.
A valid entry must have been entered by a registered user.
A valid entry must have been sold by a licensed Vermont Lottery agent (past or present) or by the Vermont Lottery.
A valid entry must not have been reported by a licensed Vermont Lottery agent (past or present) as lost or stolen. *If an entrant has an impairment that calls for assistance with entering information on the ticket, the Lottery can provide assistance prior to submitting an entry.
3. Drawing Entry Procedures
Entries are captured through the Big country cash app, the Vermont Lottery app and via the internet (https://vtlottery.2ndchanceplay.com) and maintained by Pollard Banknote Ltd. or its designee.
Entrants must have successfully submitted the required codes from the ticket.
At the time of ticket submission, the player be awarded one (1) entry into each active Big Country Cash promotional drawing.

The drawings will be conducted at Pollard Banknote Limited, 140 Otter Street, Winnipeg, MB, Canada and will be open to the public.
Pollard staff will conduct the drawing.
An independent auditor will be present to verify that drawing procedures were followed.
After the drawing, non-winning internet entry records will be kept for a period of 30 days and will then be destroyed.

Three winners and their guests from the Maine and New Hampshire Lotteries will be traveling with the Vermont Lottery winner and guest. To ensure winner’s comfort and safety, guest screening is conducted, and security is provided throughout the duration of the tour.

5. Winner Notification and Prize Claim Process
Prizes will be issued in the winner's name only. The winner is the name that was entered during player registration.
Prize winners will be notified by mail.
If the Vermont Lottery is unable to successfully contact a winner within fifteen (15) calendar days of the drawing, the first alternate for that drawing will be designated as a replacement winner. If the Vermont Lottery is unable to successfully contact a replacement winner within fifteen (15) calendar days of winner designation, the second alternate will be designated as a replacement winner. This process will continue in fifteen (15) calendar day increments until an alternate is successfully contacted.
All winners must complete a Vermont Lottery Big Country Cash Claim Form to receive their prize. The winner's social security number must be provided on the claim form. Winner age will be verified; claimants under 18 years of age will be disqualified.
Federal and State regulations require that we report all prizes of $600 and over to tax officials. For all prizes of $600 and over the winner will receive a W-2G.
An entrant may win only once during this promotion.
Big Country Cash winners' name and town will be posted on the Lottery's Official websites.
By entering the Big Country Cash promotion, entrant agrees to the terms and conditions of the Big Country Cash Rules.
This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
