1st Chance
Do I have to complete the Digital Game to find out if my ticket is a winner?
No. The Digital Game adds value to the traditional ticket experience by adding sound and motion to the game, but it’s not necessary to complete the game to know if you’ve won a prize. The prize outcome is predetermined and coded into the lottery ticket. To find out if your ticket is a winner, you may: scan the barcode in the Vermont Lottery App on your smartphone or scan the barcode using a self-ticketāchecker at any Vermont Lottery Retailer.
Why do I get an error as a result when I scan my ticket at a Retailer or use the Vermont Lottery App?
You must scan the barcode located in the bottom area of the scratch surface.
How does the Digital part of the ticket work?
This ticket has TWO separate Digital Games. The first reveals a possible cash prize on the ticket that you can redeem at any Vermont Lottery Retailer. The second is the traditional 2nd Chance play available on all $5 Cashword tickets.
